Kit needed:
Barbell
Plyo box/step
Standards:
Perform five reps of each exercise and repeat ten times before moving onto the next couplet.
Use a weight that challenges you for the five reps about 20-30kg for thruster and 25-35kg for power cleans.
Tips:
This is VERY leggy and it’s going to burn but boy is it a fun one! Watch out though - ten is A LOT of rounds!
Scales:
The height of the box and the weight of the barbell can be scaled to your ability.
Thrusters can be substituted for push presses.
Burpees over bar can be regular burpees.
Power cleans can be substituted for deadlifts.
