Assault bike
Box / Step
Standards:
AMRAP = as many rounds as possible. This is speedy and maximum effort. Ten minutes will feel like forever and if you don’t collapse at the end you’re doing it wrong!
Perform 10 calories on the bike, then do 10 box jumps - and repeat for ten minutes, trying to get as many rounds completed as possible.
GO AS FAST AS YOU CAN THIS IS A SPRINT!
Tips:
There is no strategy here - its super short and super fast. Just keep on going as quick as you can and know the end isn’t far away!
Scales:
You can do a step up in you struggle with a box jump.
