Box / Step

Standards:

Complete 100cal, then do 100 step ups. Complete 80cal, then do 80 step ups. And so on

Tips:

The 100 and the 80 are long but once you’ve bagged them you realise you’re way past halfway and the rest is all downhill! Get a good playlist on that sets a pace you can maintain all the way through.

You can start smaller with a 50-40-30-20-10
