Skill mill / Treadmill / Track

Standards:

Run 800m then do 100 bodyweight lunges

Run 800m then do 100 bodyweight step ups

Run 800m then do 100 bodyweight squats

Tips:

Steady fast pace on the run, and slog through the 100s. It’s not as bad as it looks!

Scales:

Drop the quantities. Try 400m on the run and 50 reps on the movements.
