This is all bodyweight, work through the list 4 times at a steady pace.

Tips:

Find a steady pace and try maintain it throughout.

Scales:

You can reduce the run distance if you need, but keep all four rounds where possible. Challenge that run even if you have to run/walk/run the distances!
