Standards:
Complete 100calories on each machine, but have a running clock and every two minutes, on the two minutes, stop where you are to perform 5 burpees and then pick up from where you left off.
Tips:
This is a stinker - it’s long and its gritty and there’s no getting around that. Get the burpees done as quick as you can so that they don’t cut into your time too much. Find steady pace that you can maintain - it’s not worth blowing out too early on this one!
Scales:
Drop the calories to a manageable amount for you. Try
50-50-50cal on each machine with 5 burpees E2MOM.
