Work through each block as quick as you can, while maintaining good form on the exercises.

Tips:

Break the big blocks into smaller less intimidating amounts eg 30 = 3 x 10

Try to get through the burpees unbroken

Scales:

Sit ups can be crunches

Broad jumps can be speed skaters instead

Leg raises can be single leg raises.
