Standards:
Work through the list of exercises from top to bottom AS FAST AS YOU CAN but maintaining good technique!
Burpees are chest to floor!
Tips:
This is short and tough but the best thing is that the reps get smaller as you go - as soon as you’ve done the first set you’re already halfway through the total reps!
Scales:
Burpees can be jumped or stepped back to plank without the chest to floor option.
Push ups can be on your knees.
