Standards:

You need to complete 30 CHEST TO FLOOR burpees to buy in to the workout, and then 30 burpees to complete it.

In between the two rounds of burpees perform 20 reps of the four exercises, four times through as quick as you can!

Tips:

Break the burpees into smaller blocks if you need. Maybe three blocks of ten or two blocks of fifteen.

Try to get through a whole round of the four exercises before you stop for a break.

Scales:

Burpees can be jumped or stepped back to plank without the chest to floor option.

Leg raises can be single leg raises.
